Win 7 Guard- HELP!

Hello techie people

We keep getting pop up messages from Win 7 Guard. Started today and Google tells me its some trojan thing thats not nice!

How do we get rid of it?

I'm rubbish at this sort of thing but OH is a little less rubbish so hopefully he can follow some instruction

We tried to install Malwarebytes but it wont let us. Win 7 Guard keeps interupting the install process with it's pop ups.

Restart the computer and keep pressing F8 to get into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING and try installing, updating and running malwarebytes from there

Try running FIXEXE first -

You have to keep pressing F8 every second or maybe 1/2 second from the time you restart the PC (ie as soon as the bit that say's BIOS/Computer splash screen comes up)

Sorry, think you misunderstood me debitcardmayhem. I succesfully entered safemode with networking and still cannot get malwarebytes to run. Win 7 Guard is still interupting the process

Just tried fixexe... will try malwarebytes again now

Right Malwarebytes finished and it looks like its removed it. Is that right?

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)
