    ...that's my view, and I work for a phone company at that!

    By my reckoning, on a UK geographic call their outpayments to BT for originating/terminating the call alone will be 0.72-0.98ppm during the day (depending on their interconnectivity with BT), 0.33-0.45ppm evening and 0.26-0.35ppm at weekends. NB these are *per minute* and simply the cost of originating/terminating the call, without the cost of running their own network, billing etc.

    I leave you to draw your own conclusions as to the profitability of their business model, but if they're willing to provide a service where they lose money & bill in arrears, I'll continue to take it....
    I really must stop loafing and get back to work...
