Hi,
I recently bought some refillable Ink Cartridges and some bottles of ink (this is edible ink as I use the machine for printing Cake Toppers if it makes any difference).
So today I try and fill the blue ink cartridge with the ink (messy!), I put it back in the printer, but the blue ink doesn't seem to be working properly, by that I mean that when I try to print something out, the colour is all wrong.
I have printed out numerous 'Nozzle Checks' and preformed the 'cleaning' maintenance' and 'deep cleaning' maintenance and it is definately a problem with the blue ink, on the 'nozzle check' there is no blue ink line printed, apart from a few splodges of very dark blue ink.
The printer does recognise that the blue ink cartridge is full (the cartridges have chips on them).
Can anyone please help?? do you think have I wrecked my printer

is it the first time you have filled one ?? have you inserted the full set you cant usually use them unless they are a full set, and you should take them all out at the same time switch the printer off at the mains then switch the printer back on and they should work ok, you must remember to put the black cartridges in first as this is the master reset cartridge.
