This is the LME table for copper US$/tonne, I dont see how cables can be cheaper now than 2 years ago, were certainly not finding this with costs we recieve.I have a lot of problems with my neighbours, they hammer and bang on the walls sometimes until 2 or 3 in the morning - some nights I can hardly hear myself drilling

Even if you can prove that 16mm2 T+E is 25% more now than two years ago I dont know what you intend to achieve with this data as the cable has been bought and installed and no supplier in their right mind will refund anything now.
Fo info I bought some 16mm2 T+E for a friend a few months back to do some house bashing and it was around £2.5-£3 m +vat
Its actually the total opposite, the person in question is claiming that prices have gone down (justifying the price they charged) and that is why i am now getting these quotes. I might add they need to be going down by a hell of a lot more than 25% to even come close to what i paid out.
I was a fool, but as i said i have a few trump cards so its not over yet. I have a meeting tomorrow where they aim to explain the huge difference in price. I will wait to see what they come up with.
Thanks for all the advice. I am not a bad guy this person went on 5 holidays to a property i own abroad for free, i provided a car whilst over there, a vehicle in the UK, i helped him with the sale of his wifes vehicle includng delivering it to the buyer and then found her a new one all of which i never made a penny. (Bigger fool me)
I thought of them as friends, they came to our sons birthday partys, we went for meals this lie and deception has blown me away.

Thanks, im going to need it, but i refuse to just roll over and accept it.... Not my style. Now if only i had not been having a child when all this was going on, i would not be in this position!!)
You have to love those best, who take advantage of those in a situation that requires support not daylight robbery.

I have things that stand to my advantage in this whole situation, but i would just like to be able to be sure of the extent of the situation/figures before i start moving forward.
Thanks for all the help. Lesson learnt, big time.
