Hi All,
Maths and tax not being my best subject so would welcome any help please.
OK negs ongoing but strong possibility of being offered vol redundancy package. Have been with firm for ages and figure being banded around will be in 3 figures, rough time of leaving will be this time next year.
What is the tax position on this. I believe that you can split the ammount over two fnancial years to reduce the ammount of tax paid. Also what is the position regarding the first 30k if you split the ammount do you get two first 30k tax free.
Any help appreciated
Thanks
