Hey
New on the market, 2 weeks on fri. Nothing in the way of viewers and not heard from estate agents.
I keep telling myself its a slow market and xmas is a bad time.
Just want to know how long others waited and how often viewings came?
Shuld we be having contact with estate agents?
Its target FTB house on at 110K x

Good Luck,
We have been on since the first of September and had 5 viewings in total, last one being about 3/4 weeks ago.
Its very frustrating time so know exactly how your feeling...0 -
I had 80....yes 80 within 5.5 months and sold in June.
My partner had 11 within 8 weeks and is under offer....
The flats were above each other so really it is a matter of luck and the market conditions...0 -
i don't think I could handle 80-but it has to be better than 3 viewings in 8 weeks!0

Hi, we have been on the market since July, we had two viewings in the first two weeks. Then, three no shows all in a row....
Very frustrating.0 -

Round our way average seems to be about 1 a week (however whether they are 'serious' or 'in a position to proceed' seems to be completely different.)
Eas seem able to get people round but who are completely unsuitable. (By the way we have not got ours marketed but many of our friends are trying to move)OPs so far £42,139

Our previous buyer was about the 4th to view in about 3-4 weeks, but she had to pull out. Second time round selling, we had about a dozen or so viewings in about 3-4 weeks and the second from last viewer has put in an offer. He's an investor, and very keen to buy quickly. Did have to drop the price a lot to get him, but we've dropped the price on the one we're (hopefully) buying.
A lot of it's down to location. I'm in a part of London that's still moving around the price I'm selling.
