draught under patio doors

I moved into a new build house 6 months ago and have noticed i have a major draft coming through under the patio doors in the living room! Noticed when i left my shoes by the door last night and they were like ice this morning!!!:D
I have vinyl floor in the living room so wondering whether to put some sealant around the edges to seal it as i have done in the bathrom/kitchen?
Would this work? or do i need to deal with it otherwise?

The draft is coming from under the skirting board.

sealant will do the trick , go to your local builders merchant and ask their advice ,

Im going to keep it short and sweet, The sealant will work fine.
