    I notice that you have the "pm" function disabled and so members cant pm you.

    For some reason i dont think you would be wanting members of the public to be reading about my experience with comet and in particular a member of your staff from the chelmsford branch.

    Any chance you would care to turn on your pm function ?

    With regards to the PM system availability – this isn’t something that Comet have disabled but the administrators of M.S.E. do not permit any company representatives the option of PM functionality.     I have already attempted to contact comet through this method and had no success because of the complicated "contact us" system.

    Never mind , if you are unable to help then i understand.

    The matter to which i am refering has already been reported to the police so maybe i can let them take the matter up directly with comet.

  • Final update, refund received and vouchers arrived. Comet have been true to their word. Call me a cynic but I didn't think it would happen.

    Some people will never be happy eh? The policy about PMs to company representatives is clear. There is no point in arguing with the Comet rep, as they have absolutely no way of changing it.

    Zppp - i dont see any earlier posts from you on this thread so cant quite figure out why you have decided to offer the above (TOTALLY USELESS) information?????

    As you will see , my post was directed at the comet customer rep so your input was not actually required !

    As you will also see from my post i did at NO POINT argue with the rep.....you will see the phrase i used was "ok , i understand" , that could hardly be classed as "arguing" now could it ?

    As i have said . I have never shopped in comet .The reason i wanted to speak to comet on this ocassion is to alert them to something that one of their employees had done but as i said , upon contacting the police i was advised that it was a matter which was more suited to leaving to them to sort out.

    It could from the tone of your posts actually, which in my opinion is quite condescending. Maybe what you could have said is 'I am having problems using the online help service, can you help me?' etc etc.
