British Gas wrongly stained my credit report
Who should I call? Having previously had problems with British Gas I was amazed when they apologised and wrote off my (supposed) debt. Unfortunately they failed to remove the stain on my credit report. They left it as satisfied instead of removing it completely. Does anyone know how I could rectify this situation? Thanks

Call BG directly explain the situation and ask to go through to their credit disputes (something along those lines) team, they should be able to rectify it.0

Bg can directly write to your credit file so they can alter it immediately...they did for me.0
