Won Item Now No Longer Registered??

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I have won an item from a seller about 3 weeks ago and noticed they are no longer registered now!

I would imagine their is no point opening a dispute as they are not registered now so what should I do? Can I get the money back??

    Open the dispute anyway, in case for some reason they become registered again (like they've been temp suspended for none payment of fees)
    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

    How did you pay? If you used paypal then start a chargeback immediately, if that fails and you backed the payment by credit card then go to them.

    This has happened to me before, however the seller did still dispatch my item to me, so maybe there is still hope.
