1. By signing up to the Kshocolât newsletter you will be entered into the free prize draw. All participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Closing date for the free prize draw is 12th December 2010 and entries must be received by 2359 hrs on this date. Entry is by registering for the Kshocolât newsletter.
3. The free prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry per person.
4. Winners may be asked to cooperate with the Promoter for publicity purposes if so required.
5. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the Promoter. There is no prize or cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.

7. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person within 7 days after the closing date 12th December 2010. The winner will be notified in writing by email by 14th December 2010. For the name and county of the winner send a SAE marked Kshocolât Free Prize Draw to Kshocolât, One, Foxes Lane, Blackwood, NP12 4AB.
8. In the event that the Promoter (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact you within a reasonable period of the draw then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
