I bought a printer for my student daughter £89 then yesterday it dropped £30 ,we have had the printer 5wks anyway I rang them not happy yesterday eventually told I would get a call from complaints dept,Today recieved a call to say they are giving me £ 30 gift vouchers thought that was pretty decent to say the least.0

They price matched the Sony 40" TV for my mum that Tesco were doing for £150 cheaper than they were selling it for when they were doing the trade in deal! She also got the 5 year warranty instead of the 1 year that Tesco offer! They were very helpful and customer service always called back when they said they were going to!0
