  • Thanks OP. This sounds great. Hope I get one. I missed buying one when they were £119 on the WHSmith website because of my stupidity.
Lately, I've been buying various accessories which have been shown on here whilst they've been cheap. Even though I don't have the wii - I know, D'oh!!.
I haven't got a clue about them but am hoping they'll be lovely for us to play on as a family - and to help me and my mum lose weight :rotfl:.
Any suggestions on what I need to buy with the console. Is £119 a good deal and also which games (or whatever you call them) do you buy to help with the weight loss and which are best fun for children?
Thanks in advance for any help :)

If you dont have a wii fit board the best exercise game Ive used is EA sports active https://www.amazon.co.uk/EA-Sports-Active-Personal-Trainer/dp/B001QTVY18/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1289985059&sr=8-4
As far as kids games go my daughter is 9 and loves all the wii carnival type games - they are quite cheap and good fun for the family.

Most of the DS Games work on all the DS consoles (Ds Lite / DSi and Dsi XL)
A few exceptions are like the DS games that use the camera feaure of the Dsi wont work on the Ds lite, but i think there is only a handful

Most ds lite games do work on the dsi, but there are some exceptions - like guitar hero for example. On Amazon, it says if they are not compatible with the dsi (see link below for example)
