Employer contribution Matching Schemes

I work for a major UK bank and am also on the committee of our school PTA (registered Charity).
My employer has a scheme where they will match the amount raised by an employee up to £500 once a year and I always ensure that mine is claimed.
However, we'd like to be able to offer advice to other parents at the school to maximise our income.
does anyone know which companies offer this kind of thing?
And any hint and tips on claiming them as it seems each company does it a bit differently.
Sepcifically, does anyone know how someone working for Aviva would claim towards their contribution to a school christmas disco fundraiser - I have a parent that would love to do it but is unsure how as they have been told they need to provide a receipt?
TIA
