Brown/black trousers & brown shirt. Brown gloves or mittens if you can find them. White oval of fabric tacked onto tummy area. Ears made from alice band and cardboard, covered with brown fabric, white circles in middle of ears.
Nose, mouth and whiskers drawn on with eyeliner. Voila!
Look up cartoon / clip art pictures of bears for inspiration, as these tend to be simplified, and just show the main elements.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0 -
