Surely its a general enquiry you have?

Ring them and say...
"Hello, please can you give me the address, telephone number and email address of you complaints department?"

it seems Argos jealously guard any real email addresses.

you could try writing to the MD

looks like the Argos email addresses work as firstname.lastname@argos.co.uk
might be worth a try.
