Crocs have got my money...

Hiya just looking for some advice really
Few weeks back I ordered three pairs of shoes and some shoe cleaner from crocs.co.uk. Paid with Paypal. None of the shoes fit me so I emailed them for a returns label. (Kept the shoe cleaner though as intended to re-order the correct size). Printed off the returns label as intructed, plus printed a copy of my invoice and wrote on it the reason for return, as instructed. Sent the shoes back in the same box they were sent to me in (one box).
Waited and waited... no refund (said on their site refund would be within 10 working days from when they received the shoes). Waited a little longer and received a 'partial refund' of £39.95 (one pair of shoes worth). So I emailed them with my order number and returns number telling them I had received a partial refund and asked when I would receive the rest of the money.
Got a reply asking me if I had sent the shoes back seperately, I replied saying no I hadn't, they were all in the same box. Then got another reply saying that somehow only one pair of shoes have arrived at the warehouse and not to worry, they will manually adjust their systems and receive my refund.....
I am still waiting, they have not replied to my last two emails. I sent one asking how on earth only one pair could have arrived when they were packaged together, and another chasing up the refund yet again.
Does anyone have any ideas what else I can do? My total order was £116.35, I really can't afford to be out of pocket that much.
Thanks.
