got a laptop 16 months ago from pc world and its now not working been told the mother board is broke. I didn't use it that often so cant understand why this should happen. E-mailed pc world as can't get there head office phone number as they have a duty of care but seem to be hitting my head against a brick wall. Don't expect to pay out £500 for something to last such a short time. The Tec guys had it back when it was 6 months old due to a fault. Please can anyone advice me on what to do as im using my sons laptop for now but would love to be able to use mine. Thanks
