Did anyone see 'You are what you eat' last night? Gillian had a recipe for pizza dough with mashed sweet potato in it (much healthier). I can't find the recipe anywhere on the net
, just that it is in the you are what you eat cookbook apparently.
If anyone has the recipe i would be very grateful. Thanks in advance!

We're not allowed to post full recipes from recipe books as it breaches copyright. See here. But I presume her book will be in the libraries by now?May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

From the TV programme she mixed sweet potato and whlemmeal flour I think. From experience if you mix a little semolina it makes it go harder.
Topping was just veggies of the roasting kind (peppers courgette etc).
i dont have the book, this is from memeory (i watched last night too) so I hope this is okay.DFW Nerd 156 :hello:

Rubbish, copying it word for word breaches copyright. Listing the ingredients doesn't!0 -

Thanks for the clarification G-R - it's best for the site if we stick to the rules.
Having said that, I have the book and will have a look tonight for a rough guide to the ingredients - or I could PM the recipe maybe -if that's allowed??
I'm really curious now - the saving grace with the McKeith diet is the inclusion of sweet potatoes!!!0
