TITANIC 2 - Who can I sue

Options
I watched this pile of garbage on SYFY last week and it was utter pants.

Can I sue SYFY for my time. The film was so bad I could not believe it could possibly be that rubbish and had to watch it all just to confirm it really was that rubbish.

Can I sue someone for 8 million pounds under the trades description act.

  • Personally i think all of the syfy movies are awesome, especially ones by the production company The Asylum.

You cant beat movies made on a ridiculously low budget piggy backing on the success of hollywood blockbusters.

I never understand how some films ever get released at all, I know its a risk but occasional odd film must be evident its rubbish

I watched a British flick a few years back war of the worlds came out about same time as the blockbuster with Cruise in it that was dire with poor cgi

I enjoyed the film salt on dvd soon at pictures that was fab
  • Can I tag a lawsuit onto yours. I am far from impressed that they have called the channel 'SyFy'.

That sort of guff angers me.

I've had a refund from the cinema before for the film Practical Magic as it was sold as entertainment and it was utter crap so I mentioned the trade descriptions act as it was not fit for purpose and me and the eight other poor souls in their all got our money back so go for it.

In the first film, the film name sunk like a stone..... What could there possibly be to put in a second movie? :) Didn't even know there was one!

Actually, the Titanic inquest was extremely interesting after the event- I have a few books on it.
