Cheapest For BT Voyager 1055 Wireless Adapter?

I'm looking for a BT Voyager 1055 USB Wireless Adapter. I've tried looking online, everywhere seems to be about £25 (including P&P).

Any suggestions where I could get it cheaper?

Is there any reason that you want that particular make/model? You can buy an equivalent adaptor for about half the price and it conforms to the same 802.11g standard. You do not need to use the same manufacturers equipment (BT don't make anything) as they all work to the same standard and most of the chips used in them come from the same companies. The user manual is available to download from that site.

Ignorance, I suppose!

I'm not familiar with wi-fi set ups at all, and the Voyager 1055 description says "It supports high speed 802.11g protocols, plus BT 11g, which is up to 30% faster." ..Which I assumed meant better?

I've got a BT Home Hub, and my 8mb Broadband/wireless will be switched on tomorrow. (The USB adapter will be plugged in my desktop for now).

Is the one from mymemory.com just as good?

I would say so, you will find others but at about half the price, it should do the same job. Crabman bought one of the mymemory ones a while back and it works fine for him. It is a money saving site after all.
