VISTA problem

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help with a problem with my sisters laptop.
She phoned me earlier saying that her computer has crashed and when she restarts windows and error says windows failed, pleased load cd in drive and repair.
Problem is, she did not get a vista cd and instead was already loaded on her harddrive. therefore, the installation must have been on her hard drive
I don't think it is a separate partition as no option appears to loads vista from that partition.
Any help possible?

Take a look at this:

You'll need a torrent client to download it and then something which can burn iso image files to CD.0 -
