What Mr Whitehouse fails to mention is that, on many, many occasions, his victims are the owners of parking spaces who've forgotten to display permits, etc. I don't think they'll be too worried when he goes out of business.

I gave up after a few paragraphs, if I want to read carp there are a few newspapers which do that. People getting shot for a parking space? Where is he Afghanistan? I've never heard of that even outside peoples houses.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Complete garbage, I exchanged words with trev as he calls himself on the featherstone blog, he was spouting complete garbage there as well, got his knickers in the twist about him being ethical
he really believes what he says lol Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
