just to say i have given up on the survival kits... once i printed them i found them too 'american' and half the stuff included things that the recipient wouldnt have liked... so i am sticking with my stocking and a huge 'everything' hamper for my mum i have still nicked some things from those sites though queenie thanks :A

When I first stumbled across those kits, I drew up list of all the recurring items and worked out substitutes where appropriate - they were a great starting point and with just a little tweaking, very inspiring and fun to do

For yet more inspiration on gift baskets, do check out all the suppliments around and have a look at the store bought baskets and contents as inspiration for what to put into your own.

No one idea will suit everyone, obviously, but for inspiration, they're fab
