    Yes, they do this regularly. My bonus account finished early this year and luckily I noticed the whole one month 'hole' and moved all but a couple of pounds elsewhere, then back when the bonus resumed.

    Yes but not always, my bonus expires on the 1st Dec and I have had a letter confirming a new 12month bonus also starting 1st Dec, albeit at the latest bonus rate of 1.35% compared with my previous rate of 1.75%. :)

    Very interesting,because i called them earlier to see if they would change their strategy because i was not happy at losing the bonus interest for some 24 days and was told that there was no options available
