Christmas train travel

Hi,

I would travelling around the Midlands this Christmas and I have decided not to drive.

I want to travel from London to Brum on 23rd December and then to Stoke on the 24th and then back down to London on the 27th.

Any ideas if I can get cheap tickets now? When will the cheap tickets be released?

Any ideas or suggestions please....
