The same thing has happened to me. I want the Vax AAA carpet cleaner which is under 'selected electricals' underneath vacuum cleaners and when I add it to my basket it says Double Point Bonanza on this item. When I go to pay with my £10.00 ecode it tells me I can't use this code on this order and it is now stored in my coupon wallet online!!! I have looked and there is nothing else I want in the electrical department. It also says points cannot be transferred back to your Clubcard. So now I am stuck with this £10.00 voucher. Sigh0

Give them a ring as it is showing beside the item they should honour this. The whole point of it being beside the item is so we know what is included and what is not.0 -
Not quite the same but I wanted to buy a CD online today and didn't realise that you can't use your clubcard vouchers on the entertainment site so I'm going to have to use real money instead or take a trip to the shop :mad:0

I've had the same problem, I bought Baby Bottles and when I got to the checkout the till wouldn't except my vouchers and the checkout lady was quite rude and asked me to pay but I stood my ground and they called a superviser over who accepted my vouchers as 'non scan' and deducted the money off my bill.0

Moreover, when you look at Tesco Direct for that item (or any other item), it tells you if it qualifies for a Voucher Exchange and for what category.
Though I notice direct are out of stock of that item, strange the store refuse on it, they're supposed to have a complete list.
If unsure, by all means check on-line - it will if it qualifes or not.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
