SCS - Faulty Sofa

To cut a very, very long story short, I purchased a sofa from SCS
(please don't ask why) around 15 months ago.
The cushions sunk twice within the first six months, it was agreed that
I would have a replacement sofa. This was delivered & the guys came but
could not get my sofa out. They said I had to take my door off, which
is very old & without a joiner will not come off, anyway I refuse to
take it off.
SCS are saying that I need to provide them with reasonable access to
get the sofa out. I originally bought this sofa as I was certain it
would get into my house, at the time I wasn't really concerned about
getting it out.
There are saying they can pay for an upholster to come & if they can't
get it out first time, he will take the arms off & I will be charged
half of the £120 fee. I am refusing to pay this as I believe they
should provide this service as I have faulty goods.
Anyone help?
