Income Support Entitlement Letter

My daughter is on IS for being sick and she has to visit hospital.
Last visit the clerk scored through her 2009 entitlement letter.
She can't speak on the phone, so it's been a case of emailing jobcentreplus, me phoning and just getting no letter for her.

What can be done?

Why did she score through the letter?

I don't really understand the rest of your post, but if she wants a duplicate should could write and request one, and at the same time give authorisation for you to call on her behalf in future.
    Gone ... or have I?

So she just needs an up to date entitlement letter. If she is unable to speak on the phone she will need to write a letter stating that she gives you permission to speak on the telephone her behalf, then request a new entitlement letter as I don't think they will talk to you otherwise.
