hi martin, i to have been scammed by this company vividwhitesmiles, the advert stated free trial teeth whitener no subscription free trial just pay £2.50 post and packaging. I got this message via hot mail UK, Am registered disabled and at the time of ordering long-suffering terribly with facial abscesses teeth related. After waiting a week and the goods had not arrived I sent the company an email, asking were was my goods and to tell them as this was a free trial period only were you had the choice to unsubscribe I THOUGHT i had. HOWEVER A FEW DAYS LATER WHILST I WAS CHECKING MY ON LINE BANKING I NOTICED THIS COMPANY HAD TAKEN AN AMOUNT OF £55.42 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. WITH BEING DISABLED I GOT MY FRIEND TO TAKE ME TO MY BRANCH AS I HAD BEEN CHARGED ON MY VISA DEBIT ACCOUNT. THE PERSONAL BANKER STATED I WOULD HAVE TO WAITE14 DAYS FOR THE COMPANY TO REFUND ME OR GO BACK TO THE BRANCH AND THEY WILL TRY TO TRACE MY MONEY. I FEEL FURTHER HORRIFIED TO SEE WERE I THOUGHT I HAD SENT A MESSAGE TO UNSUBSCRIBE I HAVE NOW NOTICED UNDERNEATH IT STATES PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. THE ONLY OTHER THING I HAVE DONE IS FOUND A PHONE NUMBER BUT IT IS TO THE USA OR CANADA CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME ANY ADVISE KIND REGARDS CAL. PS I THINK YOUR SIGHT IS AMAZING

well is register has chosen to hide there identity it only lists godaddy which is an isp provider in america i used to use them you would need to contact them first of all.

vivids number uk is listed on vivids site as 01617680100 if you hover over american flag lists international numbers with flags give it a ring first it would seem you have missed it!

a)if you are suffering from teeth abscesses why are you buying teeth whitener? Just a thought
b) I very much doubt that Martin reads every thread/post
c) capitals make people think you are shouting

seriously though,if you search you will see the company you ordered from have quite a following on here.

Search for the company name ansd see the posts by others who have been scammed/manipulated by Vivid (shouldn't put scam as I am sure there will be posters shouting no scam/you know what you bought/read the Ts and Cs). The posts may also give you an idea what to do next
