Advice abiut Tumble Dryer

My tumble dryer is 6months old and has started to come out in rust, I have had someone out because it is still under warranty but have been told there is nothing they can do because it is cosmetic? Are they right in saying this, can someone advice me please?:(

It sounds to me like you have a reasonable 'fit for purpose' argument.
If the tumble drier isn't capable of operating in a kitchen environment without suffering corrsion, cosmetic or not, then it isn't fit for purpose.

I'd be tempted to ignore the servicing agreement and take it back to the retailer under your stautary rights.
Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc
