Could someone help me please
i have just moved into my partners house and am making a new claim
now the company i am currently working for is changing from a ltd company to a sole trader and i will now be classed as an expenses under secretarial duties, how do i enter this under employer details as there will be no paye reference etc
any help would be appreciated

surely your employers trading status shouldnt affect you?unless they are trying to make you self employed?0
