Hiya I asked on the forum what the average waiting time and it appears to be two to three months, if it's longer than this email them when they send you an email out or join the facebook group and message through there :money: Hope you get sorted soon x

    omg!!
loads of us complained as the stuff they sent us certainly wasnt worth the £5 membership they charged.

i got a buggy clip, you attatch it to the handle of pushchair to carry bags if you only have one bar...you can buy them for £4.

they had posted on their facebook that you get 3-4 items per year, loads of us had 2items in the year, so they sent things lile lightswitch covers to review.

after we complained they changed it to receiving products upto the value of £10 per year.

very few get pushchairs/car seats etc. all we seemed to get was crap

I had a blanket, a buggy clip (after I complained that my membership runs out in a couple of months) and was promised some rice cakes (!) to review about 2 months ago which have never materialised. When they first started out they did seem to get the bigger items and allocate them fairly, now they just seem to advertise all the time (falsely IMO with regards to the value/number of products you get) particularly on facebook and seem to have too many people (great for them as we all pay £5.00) for the amount of products they actually have to allocate. They claim they have a waiting list system for allocation but people beg on FB or they ask for testers for certain things and people answer so I can't see how that is fair. It can also take months to get the item they say you are going to review and then a couple of months before you get the questionnaire.

I got a food diary, ideal for anyone who wants/needs to record what their child is eating, but not much use when my baby was a couple of weeks old and breastfed!

Then I got a bottle of baby shampoo which wasn't much use on a bald baby - but I can use it now she has some hair. :o

Just before my membership was up for renewal I got an outdoor swingball game which meant I finally got my moneys worth- but I didn't bother to renew.

Tbh, the don't seem to be very well organised. The swingball came through the post direct from the supplier. I had no idea where it'd come from until two weeks later when I got the email from Bizziebaby asking if i'd review it. :rotfl:
