Recommend me a board game!

Options
Hi Everyone!

I am looking for a board game for DD (4) for christmas and I can't find one!

We already have the 'classics' (connect4/frustration/twister/kerplunk/guess who) and also have junior scrabble.

I have a DS (8) so they both play together nicely with these.

I have bought pictureka for DS but I need a game for DD also (I like them to have some similar pressies).

Any ideas?

  • Was going to ask this exact question! Am not sure about junior scrabble as I think that might be too old for her, so wait for others to reply.

In the meantime we have junior monopoly - DD 4 loves it, and so do the grandparents!!!

UNO ............ Not quite a board game but fantastic family game - lots of fun. My kids all love playing it, Even the youngest catches on pretty quickly.

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?

  • Thanks all,

Got guess who (their favourite) and pop up pirate, buckaroo, elefun? butterfly catching game.

We have a disneyland monopoly (which is hidden away and kept for best!) but will take a look a junior monopoly and UNO. A traditional snakes and ladders would be good too.
