It's absolutely criminal the way the police insist theft, blackmail, extortion, threats of violence, assault and criminal damage by clamping firms are "a civil matter", yet arrest anyone who lays a finger on a LBS clamp to cut it off (the one and only effective remedy). :mad:
We really need someone to take the UK Government to the European Court of Human Rights for licensing this form of criminal activity, in violation of the right to peaceful enjoyment of property, and for failing to provide an effective remedy.0 -
