Accent Walls - Can You Show Me Yours Please?

Morning Everyone

We've been contemplating completely changing our living room - we were thinking about new leather furniture and I suggested chocolate brown (thinking that I could accessorise the cushions, curtains with mostly any other colour) - OH thought black would be better. We''re also changing the carpet so thought about perhaps a sort of neutral, biscuit, oatmeal colour - has to be practical as we have two very hairy cats and one big Golden Retriever dog!

Anyway, I'd love a dramatic accent wall on the fireplace, but OH is not so adventurous as me and is a bit wary of going too dramatic.

I wondered if anyone would be happy to show us photos of your accent walls if you have one, just to give us some ideas of colours etc?
