Has anyone got an email address for these people?
I've tried their 'client contact form' and you send information for them to get back in contact with you.

I made an order last Monday and it was due to be delivered on Wednesday (not a day i choose, of course). I actually missed the delivery when on a dog walk so, through my letter box goes their card for rescheduling my delivery. Fine. Great.

I then went on their online service straight away and pressed collect from my nearest collection point thinking it would tell me where that point was straight after. It didn't. I phoned them up and the robot said that my nearest collection point was 20 miles away from myself (I live in a city - not in the middle of nowhere). I've paid postage already, i'm not paying to collect it from there. They had the option of resheduling my delivery again and i opted for last Friday.

I stayed in all day Friday and it didn't arrive.

I've phoned them three times on three different phones this morning and as soon as i get put through to a human being - it cuts me off.

It seems aboslutley rediculous that the only way of contact on their website is via phone or snail mail. I want my problem sorted now - not next week! :l

They're appalling. And I've never been able to reschedule a delivery online, despite their cards advising you can. I've always had to phone up (and pay for the call, obv).
