Bit of a longshot looking for a person who has used an ebay store, I would guess it's as safe as anything on ebay with paypal...
All you can do it check the feedback.0 -
I'm afraid I haven't heard of the company you mention.
However, as all of these parts originate in the same factories in China and Taiwan the quality should be the same as the keyboard already installed on a new laptop.
There once was a time when I found myself installing new keyboards to the older Toshiba Satellite models with all the regularity of a number 18 bus - i.e. none and then suddenly several all at once. I just used to buy replacements from eBay. In a couple of instances I even bought second-hand keyboards as they were about 50% cheaper. I never encountered any problems with either quality or service.
So I think my advice would be to by from an eBay seller because, if you pay using PayPal, you have at least two means of recourse should there be any problems. Additionally - you can obviously have a look at their feedback before parting with your hard earned.
I hope this may be of some help.

If its only a few keys you need, you're better just buying the keys rather than the keyboard. Plenty of people like myself selling keys for a couple of quid each.0
