Car Repairs gone wrong help

I Had a car accident 3 weeks ago someone drove into the side of my car. My car insurance were very good had courtsey car straight away, and told me to take my car to garage they recommend. Just after a week later they called for us to collect it, however it looked terrible the paint work was like orange peel, and they had not replaced seals around window as the were split due to accident. Lucky my husband was with me, he told them to do the paint job again and we refused to sign for it. What i would like to now is what if when they call me back again, what can i do if it is still not right and im not happy with it?

If you still aren't happy - get onto your insurance company. In fact, you should tell them anyway, so they are aware of any potential problems.

  • I'd refuse to sign for it again and contact your insurance company. They should be able to tell you what proceedure to follow.
