Match.com continue to take suscriptions

Hi I have posted about the situation I am experiencing with Match.com who continued to take money from my account after I had used thier online procedure to cancel thier automatic rebilling of my debit card. They state that I can't have cancelled the rebilling as they have no record and I didn't recieve a confirmation email. I definately did, but don't recall any email. I have followed the same procedures before and don't recall an email then either.

I think they may have recently changed thier procedures. Has anyone else had a similar problem with Match prior to March 2010?

    Yes I've just had exactly the same situation. they say if I didn't get an email I can't have cancelled and there is therefore no refund. Yet I definitely cancelled.
