Best Card for £1000 a month spend

I have searched the threads and done quite a bit of digging, but I am looking at getting a new Credit Card. I currently have the Halifax cash back card and spend on average £1000 a month and pay the balance off in full.
I have seen the Tesco card and a friend of mine thinks this is the best thing since sliced bread.
Anyone get any other good recommendations please?

The majority of places take it. I find a couple of places a month that don't accept it, but I just use a back up card. You'd be looking at about £10 a month cashback.0
