I got an e-mail about this but its available to all as it's on their website.
The offer is valid everyday from 15th November - 5th December. Just fill in your details, submit and then print out the voucher to hand in along with your discretionary £1 donation.

Restrictions quoted from their site:
We are sorry but you can’t use this voucher in PizzaExpress Richmond, Bluewater, Lakeside, Westfield London, London Barrett St, the O2, Belfast Victoria Square, Earls Court Exhibition Centre or PizzaExpress Jazz Clubs. And you can’t use it at our pop-up restaurants at festivals and events.
