Haven't stayed in either myself, but there is a both a Travelodge and a Premier Inn at Euston that I've heard are OK. Avoid the Travelodge Kings Cross Royal Scot.0

The Novotel is a bit more expensive but that much better.0

I cant recommend the premier inn enough on york way. Always stay there before i travel.one of the famous 5

If you're willing to go for a hostel, there is one on the road between Euston and Kings Cross that has recently been done up and is supposed to be very good and family friendly.

Myself, Mrs Baker and our son stayed at the Holiday Inn King's Cross/Bloomsbury last year before an early Eurostar departure and it was excellent and very reasonably priced - about £80 inc breakfast. This space has been intentionally left blank0
