I'm hoping someone can help or let me know if I need to post elsewhere......

I placed two orders early hours of this morning (thanks OP of the debs sale!!!)

I went throughy Quidco both times - the first cashback is showing on quidco but the second (a much larger order as it was furniture) is not - is this normal?? any ideas??

Thanks in advance for your help and hope you all got good bargains in the sale too.....

Prehaps they take a bit longer when it comes to furniture or expensive orders?

If you are definatly sure you went through quidco, i'm sure it will show up soon. If not, you can always open a cashback query with quidco and they will look into it for you.

I like many others am stopping using Quidco due to tracking problems and huge delays in payments, standard responses to enquiries etc and am switching allegiance to TCB (topcashback) for new purchases.

I think you're on a sticky wicket here with these two purchases so close together.

I'd be using two separate accounts as a start, one for me, one for missus, two seperate email accounts, two separate bank/paypal accounts.

As others have said, code could be a problem, work discount against Quidco cashback and choose best discount.

Don't thing Sirbrainy post above was overly sarcastic, sounded feasible, clear cookies, cancel orders try again, do it right next time. :money:

As it happens I did a similar thing a couple of years ago with home Insurance, cancelled the first one, re-did it, they both tracked, got paid on both - who knows

    Good luck.

    :)

I was not trying to be sarcastic but offer tried and tested advice.

I've just spent the evening shopping on the Debenhams site and have a basket full of goods but the Quidco link is saying it's no longer valid! Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Just tried again and the exact wording is: "this link is no longer active" and it does not take you to the Debenhams site. Was working an hour ago though.
  • I've just tried it and the cashback for Debenhams has changed from 4% to 5% so possibly the link was down while they changed it, worked just now for me.

Was having the exact same problem but working ok now; though quite slow.
