Debenhams sale and Quidco

I'm hoping someone can help or let me know if I need to post elsewhere......

I placed two orders early hours of this morning (thanks OP of the debs sale!!!)

I went throughy Quidco both times - the first cashback is showing on quidco but the second (a much larger order as it was furniture) is not - is this normal?? any ideas??

Go back, cancel order, do it all again thru big Q but get it right this time?

If you used the 10% off code, the might've cancelled out quidco.

They do sometimes take a bit of time to show in the transactions.

Dunno how, but I bought a xmas pressie for dad from Debenhams yesterday, and got an email from quidco even though I didnt go through it..!

did you use a discount code??

it says on quidco, on the debs page

Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.

I did use the discount code but I used it on both orders and it went through on the first - typical it was the larger order that isn't showing!!

Quidco doesn't always show until the next day

Wouldn't panic yet. You've your emails confirming the order and your Quidco transactions will show "recently visited" if it doesn't, just raise it with Quidco.

debs is usually quick
but today mine took a long time, which is unusual
maybe all us MSE'ers are overloading them at the mo!!

Leave it a day then do a cashback query, I had one for Play.com not track yesterday for some reason.

They normally clear it up quite quickly.

I've had no problems using codes so far on any site
