Just a guess, but I would assume the sale won't complete but you would be entitled to keep the deposit.
To the OP - I wouldn't worry too much about it looking as if there is something is wrong with the house - with the housing market the way it is, your house certainly won't be the only one that hasn't sold between April and now.0 -
When listing you could inform the EA that any potential buyers must undergo a full medical before any offers will be accepted.0

That's the annoying thing. When it went on the market there were three others in the road for sale. They have all completed and the new residents have moved in, so I feel doubly hard done by.
But hey, the sun is shining this morning and there are worse things that can happen...I mean it's not as if someone's died or anything...oh that's right they have. [Back to feeling grumpy again.]0 -
Could be worse, it could have been the seller that died...What goes around - comes around0

could be right there. Am currently having heart failure as cat has bought in a live rat which is currently running around the kitchen. Am waiting for council rat catcher to turn up any minute...0

The rat catcher just shot it! With an air gun! in the kitchen!.Twice! First 'bullet' didn't work! He's just left telling me that there is some blood on the floor that came out of it's mouth that I should just wipe away when I feel ready!.....Said as it was a young adult, there are likely to be a pack of them! geeeeeezusssssss.
Going to lie down in darkened room now.
Anyone want to buy a house [with cat thrown in for free]0
