Keep all receipts, write down every time you spend money?

Not that I do any of those and I'm way over my budget this week!

As KC & The Sunshine said "Please don't go"! Keep your chin up - I'm finding loads of forumites are feeling a bit low and struggling with MSE ways at the moment, so don't feel disheartened, keep going with the challenges otherwise you might slip into bad habits and we can't have that!

... and then at the end of each day, total up your spends and post it on the forum/thread - I find that myself and other forumites feel shamed when having to post a spend, so it really encourages NSDs (No Spend Days) and MSE (Money Saving Expert) ways! :money:
