I just wondered if "TEL 0180-5002682 BAAR" means anything to anyone else out there. I am presuming it is a telephone number. It appears on a credit card statement.
I'll never be a Money Saving Expert while my kids are Mony Spending Experts.

Sounds similar to an information or technical helpline number. Google has no exact match though. Similar to airline enquiry number or computer support and think this relates to Germany as it is their database phone codes. There is town of Baar in Bavaria, possibly a company based there.0

Am getting close now!!
Seriously, it would appear to be a telephone number from the German shared cost service. It allows customers to ring a company at cheaper than normal rates - this one is 12c a minute.
I cannot get an exact match but it would appear to be a company or person offering goods or services from Germany. The phone numbers are leased by companies there similar to the way our 0870 numbers can be bought in the UK. At least it is not a premium rate 0900 number.
My advice would be to dial it - I believe 0049 180 500 2682 should work provided the number is still in use.0 -
I know an expert on the computerbetrug.de forum in Germany. I will ask.0

This is only an idea, and may not be the reason.From_Germany wrote:BUT:
0180-5-numbers have been used by diallers (cf. 0871 in UK) and in some cases 01805-diallers have been used to bill users offline (diallers dialled 01805 and so they got the Caller-ID and then they tried to find the person behind the number and billed it - this "Caller-ID-Billing" is an invention of the "danish Mafia" that also played their eveil games in UK as you know)
But I have never herad of a recurring billing in relationship to 01805 in Germany
This is a suggestion to see if the number was dialled using an illegal dialler.should go to
