not really as it was available on quidco in the past plus i'm sure you can trust sainsbury's/ legal & general

    just a simplycashback exclusive?

Who exactly are simplycashback? I have to say I've never heard of them so I'm assuming either a new start up or a tiddler in comparison to TCB/Quidco? If either of those summations is correct, why would Sainsburys give them an exclusive? Sorry to sound like a doubting Thomas but something about this doesn't seem right. And the fact that both Quidco and TCB have previously had Sainsburys Insurance but no longer offer it rings even more alarm bells. Maybe I'm just paranoid? :o

PS I'm not querying Sainsbury's credibility at all, BTW.

simplycashback is a whitelabel site for www.froggybank.co.uk (formerly known as edeals who are/were established in the market, £5 annual fee, 100% cashback model) - Froggybank offer £70 on this deal ...

You have to give full medical information therefore if you have any medical issues (or close relatives) then you need to know and declare details. Takes a while to complete the application, particularly if you don't know these details!

I am also more wary of cashback sites given recent experience with what looks like a loss on Cashbackkings (same stable as Rpoints) though have always been happy with Quidco and Topcashback

Thanks, worth it just for the voucher and nectar points so cashback is just a bonus if it works!

Thanks everyone. Needed a policy completely so was glad to get a good deal with a place I know. Thanks very much!

Just wanted to say be wary if you have put in any pre existing medical conditions. Although the quote says £5 for me it has increased to almost treble for me. Still a good deal compared to what I have been quoted but enough of an increase to double check it on the phone as it doesn't say anything on my conformation email.

Same address? I think a genuine different address plus different bank a/c would not show up as a dupe
  • I was accepted for the life insurance three days ago, but nothing showing in the simplycashback account.
    Anyone had any luck?
  • i did this on thisiscashback.co.uk and did query and they said wouldn't track until 10 days after I have received documents at my door for the cooling of period and to leave it a least 14 days before querying again.
