Looking for flights to Havana on clearinghouse sites

Has anyone been able to search for Cuba flights on the big search sites? Apparently, even though I'm using expedia.co.uk, etc. I can't search because of the US travel restrictions. Lastminute.com offers me nothing as well. Ditto Kayak, Opodo, Orbitz...
Any other ideas for good deals are appreciated. Thinking about adding on a trip to Cuba before a journey to the US in January.

If you are thinking of flying UK-Cuba-US - think again. You can't do it. The US are very picky about who they will allow to arrive in the US direct from Cuba - and UK tourists aren't allowed. Via Canada would be OK0

Try skyscanner.
There are lots of UK charter flights.0 -
Few of the US based sites offer Cuba as a destination. When we were planning our trip last year there were few places that even mentioned Cuba. Virgin Altaintic fly direct to Havana We flew with them and they were expensive and average. We found connecting flights from Madrid and Paris but they were no cheaper. We were travelling over New Year so it was expensive but you could try Iberia or Air France and I think Cubana now fly direct from Gatwick.
You will fare no better with hotels and I would advise you to stick to the Casa Particulares which are very good. Most of the hotels are state run and only a few are not all inclusive, but outside of Havana and the big towns you will not find any restaurants either0 -
I know this may be stating the obvious but have you tried Googling "flights london cuba". There aren't that many options - though check flights via Madrid if you want a scheduled option0

Thanks for the tips. I'm American, so UK-US-Cuba is out for me anyway. I'm looking for a single/one-way to Cuba, and then I can enter through Mexico (or possibly Canada, or Nassau, even). The other flights are easier to scout for deals on, but I was having trouble with the first leg. Will try SkyScanner.
Haven't worked out lodging yet, as I'm not sure my budget will allow me to go at all.
